Bendable pencils

Hey there, everyone! Well, I've been back-to-school shopping and all of that, and there's one kind of pencil that I really go wild for: Bendable, flexible pencils. I'm sure you've seen them. Those long, neon pencils that look fake but aren't. I've been looking for them on the internet because the Staples I went to didn't have any. Now, I've got a very limited budget, seeing that the most I can make is 2 dollars a week. My mom won't buy any pencils for me because she thinks that I already have lots of old pencils. I repeat- OLD pencils. Who wants to go into seventh grade with sixth grade pencils? Not me!* Anyhow, whatever the annoyingly pathetic reason, I have to use my own hard-earned money on bendable pencils.
The cheapest pencils I could find on the web were $3.50 plus shipping and handling. That's about four dollars! For many adults, I suppose, four dollars does not seem like very much, but for me, it's four loads of my sisters' laundry. It takes me two weeks to make four dollars. I could not find anything cheaper than that, and of course, the personalized pencils on the same site for 79 cents also attracted my attention. But I have craved bendable pencils for more that a year, ever since my mom forgot to order them from the Rhode Island Novelties catalogue that we used to receive in the mail. And now, when I finally find them again, I cant afford them. ARG!

*I know that I may sound like an idiotic teenage girly-girl. I'm not. No way in heck. I'm a high honors nerd. And proud of it. My favorite color isn't pink, it's orange. Wait- you know that already. I think short skirts are a disgrace to mankind (and womankind). Just wanted to make sure we cleared that up.

P.S. And no, you may not quote me on that.

P.S.S You guessed it! My third favorite color is blue. Well, my mom thinks I look good in blue, anyway.

If you're looking for neon bendy pencils, how about this?

    Or this?

(I found others, but they insisted that you buy ten million at a time.)

    cheers,
